Adds List Statistics and various improvements.

  • Added basic list statistics

  • Shukofukurou's version number can be viewed in the Settings section.

  • Opening related links, filing bug report or manual will no longer leave the program and open Safari. The built in browser will be used in the app.
  • Added loading HUDs when data is being loaded via a keyboard shortcut or an entry is being saved.
  • Fixed Reddit related links.
