InternalElementType.CreateSystemUnitClass Method

Creates a SystemUnitClass from an InternalElement. Some Elements, which may exist in the InternalElement and can't exist in a SystemUnitClass will not be imported to the new SystemUnitClass, these are the RoleRequirements, a RefBaseSystemUnitPath Attribute and all Mapping Objects.
