SDK generated from Typespec has new model type (e.g. https://github.com/Azure/autorest.python/blob/9c34dcf785e372ec9337210d484153728b949329/packages/typespec-python/test/azure/generated/azure-mgmt-spheredpg/azure/mgmt/spheredpg/models/_models.py#L51-L97), which is very different from current msrest model.
