Inclusión de menu per el offset entre extrusors.
D’aquesta manera el g-code generat en una maquina es pot imprimir a qualsevol printer que tinguin offset diferents.
Naturalmente al Cura o alltre soft s’ha d’informar a 0 els offsets.
Testejat i funciona.
