Rendering of asset.axd can cause critical erros #483

It happens, that the creation of the two asset.axd files for CSS and JavaScript ends up in two files with shifted content. It seems to be related to longer loading times of pages and if you click before the previous request was finished e.g. in the Search.

asset.axd?id=PAEAAB-LCAA…WgagWQhLj-iXvGRMDnEaJmEex_Kg5afSPJMLFDw6XD8l5XzbPAEAAA%3d%3d was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/javascript", is not "text/css".

possible solution: create fixed files once and include these files manually
