Added Mekanism support!

The boiler will automatically output Mekanism Steam when prompted to do so by a gas-extracting device, such as a Pressurized Tube set to pull. Boring, liquid good ol' steam will be converted to Mekanism gaseous steam on-the-fly.

Technical stuff: several methods have had their names changed to comply with the new mappings of Forge 36.1.0. I'm not sure whether this should break compatibility with previous versions, but I'm pretty sure it does.

Added JEI integration. You can now see what fluids are valid as fuel, as well as the rate at which the boiler will convert water into steam, based on your config settings.

CraftTweaker support!

And that concludes our first major release, people. With CraftTweaker,
you can add any fluid (apart from water, of course) as a possible fuel
for the boiler. Refined Fuel? Dino power! Tree oil? I like your style.
Blood? Gets my blood boilin', but you got it.

The fuel system has been completely revamped to extend on the Recipes
system of MC/Forge. That is not only good for the code, but also enables
future compatibility with other mods, such as JEI.

Also fixed a minor client-side bug that would allow you to place
non-burnables in the fuel slot - only to have your character spit it out
in the world when you closed the GUI. Took me long enough.
