Just trigger this mostly for discussion.
Since we are using the bst file from CTeX [1], it would be better if we can have some kind of script.
The script BY DEFAULT should download the latest [2] (or the latest released [3]) bst related file from CTeX [1] and apply our changes like #251.
Other features come to my mind:
Any comments?

Agree that changes like #251 should be organized as patches and the we could apply the patch when with a easy-to-use script.
I think we should track the latest releases from upstream repository.
