GUI not displaying the full screen #4
Comments
This happens if the screen resolution is not high enough - needs to be at least 1920x1080. Would try to increase your screen resolution and then reload the GUI. Unfortunately the GUI does not scale to lower resolutions
|
The screen was at 2556x1440. I got the same issue when I changed the screen to 1920x1080. |
Are you using a desktop or laptop? Can you show me a pic of your display settings? Does your computer have some resolution magnification on? Ive never seen this issue happen if the resolution is set higher than 1920x1080 because the GUI itself is just about that size - if the resolution is higher than 1920x1080 is there is some feature to better read text at low resolutions? Saw something like this once on a laptop that had the correct resolution but there was some feature that effectively reduced the resolution so could read things better on a small screen. I would look at the scale display settings and if they are above 100% reduce to 100% and restart If this doesnt work let me know and will continue ti troubleshoot |
Reducing the scale to 100% worked! Thank you. |
Hi,
I see that part of the GUI is cut off, and I can not pan or zoom out to include the loading ECG portion.
Please see the screenshot attached.
Could you please help with this problem?
Thank you,
Hoang
