What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the editor with your configuration set to D3D 11
2. Watch it fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Editor should work in both D3D 9 and D3D 11

The workaround is to run the editor in D3D 9, which works just fine.
