These updates by @ThePotatoGuy will allow save data from previous versions to be migrated forward.
I removed a few persistent variables that we will no longer need as well. Random topics is now built as a non-persistent list, with previously seen labels automatically pulled from the list. This should clean up the persistent namespace for future versions.
