the main goal of storygen is to help programmers making the connection between C# and storyboard scripting.
the program is completely open-source, this means everybody can reuse the code freely. you do have the right to reuse the program to work on your own storyboards or to make your very own program out of this. feel free to share issues or pull requests, i'll check them out!
