FTL super spacing

After finishing the round we have started a FTL jump during which someone checked the objectives which were finished, sending us from FTL into FTL and arriving at OUR destination, but then the FTL drive was locked and we couldn't go to Outpost 45 or do anything with the drive.

I hope it made sense as I can't find sense in my own words, but pretty much round end jump during FTL jump fucks you over and locks you out of the console
