This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

With Postgres in Vercel Create database:

connect to postgres with POSTGRES_URL
CREATE DATABASE dbname;
CREATE ROLE username WITH LOGIN PASSWORD 'password';
ALTER ROLE username CREATEDB; -- for autorized role to create db
ALTER DATABASE "dbname" OWNER TO username; -- for autorized role to create tables

With Sequelize Create SQLite database:

npx sequelize-cli db:migrate
or
sequelize db:migrate

Seed data:

npx sequelize-cli db:seed:all

Fix error "Error: Please install pg package manually" :

  • Add to next.config.mjs
experimental: {
    serverComponentsExternalPackages: ['sequelize'],
    externalDir: true,
  },
  • Add to /db/config/congif.js > production
import pg from "pg";
dialectModule: pg,

env

  • Add to .env
NODE_ENV=development
PG_DB_NAME=dbname
PG_DB_USER=username
PG_DB_PASSWORD=password
PG_DB_HOST=127.0.0.1

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.
