PipeWrap version 0.9

PipeWrap - Checkpoint system for perl modules.
Used in chloroExtractor, a scientific tool for extraction of chloroplast dna out of a whole plant genome.

V 0.9 Fri, Sep 01. 2017: Refactored PipeWrap with perlmodule Moose, with several bugfixes included.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   git clone https://github.com/BioInf-Wuerzburg/perl5lib-PipeWrap

   cd perl5lib-PipeWrap

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

  Moose
  Log4Perl
  Test::Class::Moose
