Create User Category Lock-in

Describe the bug
When selecting a template in create user, after a category is selected, it is stuck as the only option, even after the back button is pressed. The page must be reloaded to fix.

To Reproduce (Required for complex issues)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Create User
2. Click on a template category
3. Click the back button when shown categorie's templates
4. See bug
