Blender will not let me download Zip file to add "add-on"

Bug Description

when I download the zip file from Blenderkit Website and use preferences/addon/install it comes up with error codes. I am by no means a computer expert I just need a solution for this so I can use the product I paid for.

Steps to Reproduce

1. download blenderkit file from website
2. open preferences. install from disc. install blenderkit.zip
   3.Error Codes come up.

Hello @michaelparich, it seems like the numpy which is a python library pre-installed in Blender was corrupted in your Blender. I would suggest to uninstall the Blender and install it again.
