这个错误是 #502 引入的，为了被 Wallpaper Engine 检测到而使用
显示缩放窗口，但 Windows 中最大化窗口是不能跨越多个屏幕的。
修复方式是只有在单个屏幕上缩放才最大化，跨越多个屏幕时则使用无边框全屏。Wallpaper Engine 检测不到无边框全屏窗口，但这是它自己的错误，我们没必要牺牲太多。
