1. Create standalone app
2. Open: https://oauth.vk.com/authorize?client_id= <App ID from step 1> &display=page&scope=wall,photos,offline,groups&response_type=token&v=5.131 and copy acess_token from url after redirect. (Use it as VkAccessToken)
