copy over Media folder for examples to build directory #3

The build process is not intended to setup everything nicely. When you want to do this, you have to install the project (make install), this will also copy the media folder to the install directory. |

The examples build folder is missing the Media folder that contains the fonts and images and other files for the examples. This updates the CMake build system to copy this folder.
