Daniel wants a movie of a COMETS simulation on a 100x100 grid that shows hoe CUE changes as you move through a colony.

Can start with what I did for E. coli.
Is E. coli on the SCC? Send a pointer to Daniel.

I used the exact same simulations I had for E. coli with my Amac model.

Biomass did spread- but the outer boxes are super faint.

And the CUE makes interesting patterns, but is either 0 or 1, so the values aren't very interesting.
