Advanced search page does not provide choice of local or I-Share

Advanced search page does not provide the user the choice of local or I-Share. It seems to default to whichever one was chosen when the last search was run in that session. If that was local, it runs the Advanced search in Local; if it was I-Share, it runs the Advanced search in I-Share.

EIU - Is Advanced Search available for the local catalog? I had the Basic search set to Local Catalog, but when I clicked on Advanced Search, the results returned were for All I-Share.
I see that I can narrow my search to Eastern using the facets, but that is an extra step.

Great, this new dropdown box for Local or I-Share on the Advanced Search page seems to work properly. However, I think it could use a little bit of space below it and above the the Clear button. Is that possible?
