Enable OS-specific ways to generate system diagnostics (OpenGL version, GPU type, RAM, etc) for debugging.

This function would be available from the Help menu, and would create a text file. The user should be notified about the location of the text file, suggested to review it for sensitive information (ie., if the current directory is /research/cancer/Joe.Smith/diagnosis), and where to send the file.
