Improve runmode testrun by updating params, adding mm10

Need improvements to the testing environments

• make the tinytest run the standard run (decrease contrast to one, samples to 5)
• update defaults so only one q value is run, all peak callers, and both dedup and nondedup
  - [ ] create testrun_hg38 and testrun_mm10 runs
  - [ ] update all test samples

decided against adding mm10 as a test sample option - goal of test data is to check each rule works. running a dry run with the test data, switching the config to mm10 would still achieve the same result
