Rewrite of the API system:

  • using Forge capabilities for Inventories, Fluid tanks, IA energy cables, multi-block structures, etc. and rewrote all the templates.
  • rewrote server -> client synchronization for GUIs.
  • rewrote GUI & Container templates.
  • removed additional internal name registry for blocks and items. (forge already has that)
  • added ItemMaterial to allow adding crafting materials via config file. Also added creative tab.
  • added energy compatibility for TESLA and IC2's EU to EnergyAPI.
  • the Lib is a real Forge Mod now and will handle API initialization and config loading on its own.

Not compatible with mods requiring any previous versions of CD4017BE_lib
