Problem description

Hello nf-flu team!

Thanks again for your wonderful pipeline. We have been making great use of it in our lab.

I am wondering about the feasibility of having the optional ability to modulate the output of consensus sequences based on whether they meet or exceed certain quality metrics, namely breadth and depth of coverage.

For example: only ouput a consensus sequence for segments that reach 100% breadth of coverage with a minimum depth of 50x coverage across the entire segment.

This would eleviate significant manual effort related to quality control and curation of sequences prior to releasing result to clients or data repositories.

Thank you for your consideration.
