Just wondering about this combination of Maven and Tycho - is this state-of-the-art? Can this be done in a better, more efficient way?

this way of dependency resolution using Maven and Tycon seems very inefficient and slow. I don't have much experience with these build tools, and honestly I didn't successfully get through the process of building capicxx-core-tools, but the CMake project capicxx.core-runtime built very quickly and nicely without problems.
