After discussion offline, we would like to treat Boolean constants as follows:

  • You can use a constant as an integer in numerical expressions, it will be treated as 0/1
  • Expressions should be simplified if possible using constants. For example, AND(BV1, False, BV2) is simply False.

New transformation should be brought to live to make these simplifications to expressions trees (that is, BEFORE flatten is called)
