Support named arguments in translations

Many localizations would benefit from named arguments, for example event templates contain six (6) parameters, all of which are not used by every event template. Vector indexed arguments incur overhead of translating indices for several languages.

Tempura (localization library) doesn't currently support named arguments out of the box, however a hook is provided for customizing resource compilation.
