Hello,

The cumulative time series dataset has ~167 records (as of today) with number of cases less than the previous one.

Ex. Bahrain
Number of confirmed cases on 12 March 2020 = 195 and on 13 March 2020 the number of cases = 189.

Would you please check and explain the root causes of those issues.

Thank you,

Naji El Kotob

In fact, many counts were not updated at all. For example, Colombia is still 231 at 3/23/20 but could be 276

Thank you Diego @restrepo for your prompt response. Actually, Colombia case will not generate negative number when calculating the non-cumulative number of cases.
Ex. (back to my case above) the New Cases (non-cumulative) in Bahrain on 13/3 = 189 - 195 (previous) = -6. The issue in recalculating the non-cumulative values appears when the cumulative number of cases in the previous day is greater than the number of cases of the next day.
