- Moved Colon Free Port to the 3&4th unique mod
- Replaced by the Darien Gap, in an effort to make Panama more viable in early game.
- Removed some obsolete stuff.
Which replaces the Colon Free port, which was exhiled to the 3rd and 4th unique component mod
