What browser and platform? It can not be reproduced on Windows using IE11, Firefox and Chrome.

Firefox, Linux Debian Jessie.

It can be reproduced on Windows or Linux (Firefox) simply by clicking CTRL and + (4 times).

At 200%, I can not reproduce this with the latest firefox. Must be a browser setting. Can you please see if you can find the setting?

All the elements are zooming but not the background square because it has declared static size and as You see I am using modern skin and You are using some other(?).

This is Modern. I'm using Windows 7 x64 with the English language. I could find no browser options yesterday. Describe your windows setup in more details, and please continue searching google for your answer. Also, please insure that you have the latest theme installed.

I see that you are zooming text only. I think you should un-select that option. Found it under Firefox View->Zoom->Zoom Text Only. So, the behavior you are seeing is expected. This is an accessibility feature of Firefox. I believe it's a non-issue here. Therefore, I will close. If you can find some other fix, please open a pull request with your proposed changes.
