After arriving in Port Macquarie we found a large volume of fresh water in the engine bilge and bilges down the starboard side of the boat. The bilge pump alarm was activating from time to time.
A search revealed water spraying from the drain hose connection at the hot water system.
@Christopher-w-green trimmed the ends of the hose and shorted it's length to prevent further "flopping around" -- which we considered to be the cause of the leak.
System was re-pressurised and no leak was observed.
