I would like this too. I could have a group for my loyalty cards, a group for my gift cards, groups by store and so on.

Please allow cards to be added to multiple groups!

Implementing grouping (selectable via tab or drop-down) should also solve brarcher/loyalty-card-locker#279 and brarcher/loyalty-card-locker#264, as both request for ways to group related barcodes in an easy to access / switch-through fashion.
