- scratch3 specific code in main.py moved to functions
- removed redundant code in main.py (line 144-147)
- scratch3 projects are now testable (with functions from 1.)
- two scratch3 project tests added to test_scratchwebapi (common_testing.py)
- minor coding style adjustment (common_testing.py)
