Adding bonus for miners to celebrate Txbit listing on 25th of april.

On block 19500 - 29500 total of 10.000 blocks the block reward will be increased !!!

These 10.000 blocks will reward 11.000 CCC per block.

After block 29500 all the rewards will turn back to normal.
