Summit the "vGPUScheduler" folder under the "autonomous-scheduler" folder.

Now, we have 3 independent plugins under the "autonomous-scheduler" folder.

  1. default plugins from the SIG community,
  2. the Utilsched plugin cooperating with the profiler,
  3. the vGPUScheduler plugin for scheduling virtual GPU slices.
    All of them need to be compiled separately for use. More details can be found in README
