Support yaml-format .proc assets

This makes git merging easier for dynamic Java and script activities.

Provide an option in mdw convert to transform selected or all processes to yaml from json.

Runtime compatibility should be transparent, with JSON file type determined by a first character of '{'.

Saving from Hub should save as yaml if existing file is already yaml; otherwise json.
