Insert a link to the MS post in review

Looks like the whole post is now being previewed in review; however, there is no link to the real MS post. Could this link be inserted somewhere, or the title be made a hyperlink to the original post?

Out of interest, if all of the post information is displayed on the review item and is correctly working (excluding #572 of course), would you still need it to be linked? If so, what is missing?

Well, I originally came across the need because of #572. However, I believe other uses also exist.

For example, in a case where I'd like to discuss a post in chat, possibly with someone who has already given a feedback, it'll be a lot easier to get a link to the MS post by simply clicking a button rather than searching for the title.
