This is just minor cosmetic changes. Some LM models (e.g. 3.3a = Kimura 3 parameter model) have full symmetry - they treat all base pairings equally. It makes no sense for such a model to have "RY", "MK" or "WS" as part of the name. This fix ensures it doesn't.
The real purpose of this is to work through how I can get my changes back into Cibiv/liemarkov branch.
