Build and push multiple tags

Describe Request:

I was wondering if it was possible to build or push multiple tags using this orb. Currently it only looks like 1 string can be passed in

Examples:

- gcp-gcr/push-image:
          image: pluto-api
          registry-url: gcr.io
          tag: [$CIRCLE_SHA1, "latest", "v2.2.1"]

@dshinzie It appears that feature has already been merged into master, but has never made it into a release. I'm not sure why 😞

It looks like my PR linked above has made it into a release, I see the new comment in 0.15.
The usage would be like tag: $CIRCLE_SHA1,latest,v2.2.1
I have not tried it myself yet.
