Hello.
This is just a temporary fix to allow people to continue to test the network. For some reason, the node was 'flooding' the servers with 'consensus' messages, causing their disconnection.
I just added a simple if to avoid relaying this messages to the other seeds.

you have to close this PR and open another. Then the travis will be trigger normally.

I relaunched travis and is ok

btw.. Is better to fix the main problem, this fix is very dirty :P
