I won't be able to fix this before your outing tomorrow, however I can leave some shoes in the black box tomorrow evening if you can put them on before your outing on Monday morning? |

Sounds perfect but I do not know how to replace shoes (i’m sorry) and I will not be there on Monday. We can wait for a couple of days I think. When you might be able to do it, could I come along to see how it is done? I’m pretty flexible after Tuesday. |

Not yet. We did not use Olive much and none of my rowers were able to stay long enough after our morning outings to help put the boat back on the racks. I am happy to come and help do that at some point this week however.

We are going to fix the ruder wire of Olive today. I have tried to use the
code you gave to me to take the shoes from the box but it does not work.
Has it been changed?

It has been a while since I have been in the box so I couldn't tell you if
it had been changed. I would see no reason why it has been changed. The
code is either 1863 or 3681.
If you get any other issues give me a shout.

There is a hole in both shoes and the rower’s feet go through them.
Two-seat’s shoes need to be fixed or replaced.
