Implemented Gjum's suggestion for adding player uuid's to kira events CivMC/Kira#6. I tried to follow the existing convention of how the
snitch-alertsevent sent player uuids, so they fairly explicit in who it is in reference to.Only useful if CivMC/Kira#22 is accepted.
