我好像有些理解错了，这个cache_rc_fp是指cache目录下的matploblibrc文件吗？如果是那样，那么linux平台并不读取这个配置文件。

@Bit0r 是 matplotlib 的配置缓存，一般是按照默认的 matplotlib 的路径走。

这个配置缓存好像Linux下并不读取，这样的话我的代码还是修复不了init写入的配置不会被读取的问题
