Sounds: Check this to enable sound effects. Use the slider to adjust the volume.

Music: Check this to enable game music. Use the slider to adjust the volume.

Login music: Check this to enable login music. Use the slider to adjust the volume.

Play Footsteps: Check this to enable footstep sounds

Combat music: Check this to enable combat music

Reproduce music when ClassicUO is not focused: Plays game music when ClassicUO isn't the main window in focus.
