Faction camp canteen won't recognize fire source

Faction camp canteen doesn't properly recognize fire source in the canteen.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I have a PR the fixes the kitchen recipes not displaying for the canteen expansion. However, it doesn't recognize the fire places that are built.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a faction camp, upgrade to the canteen fireplace step.
2. Notice you can see the recipes but it won't recognize your fire source.

Expected behavior

The expansion should recognize fire places.

Additional context

I can supply a save with a few faction camps started if needed.
