What does it do?
This PR introduces:
1. pickled eggs
2. recipe for pickled eggs fermenting jar
3. fermenting eggs jar that converts with time to jar of pickled eggs
Racionale:
This idea came from @FulcrumA in PR #23986
It was about methods of preserving fresh eggs for a longer time, but gave me an idea that we don't have pickled eggs recipe, and it would be a fine addition to pickles and sauerkraut, as a method to preserve them for even longer time.
Implementation:
I used the same approach as in sauerkraut and pickles (jarred) to represent time needed for the eggs to soak in pickling solution before they can be truly called pickled eggs.
