Safe autodoc mod, a dependency of Bright Nights #24400

Since you can manipulate bionics manually in Bright Nights mod, this change gives the costlier autodoc installations a purpose.

My end goal would be making the BN bionic system more similar to the one in the roguelike Caves of Qud, where cybernetics can be freely swapped to create builds taylor-made to handle specific situations. And the cost of bionics is payed not once per installation but through upgrading a cybernetic license with rare items.
