Summary

SUMMARY: infrastructure "Ensures a complete looks_like hierarchy for all trees and flora terrain"

Purpose of change

One of the barriers to working tileset art is the severe underutilization of looks_like
Since plants are hard to draw, this is an area it is particularly noticeable.

Describe the solution

This adds a hierarchy of looks_like to all trees, grass, and shrubs/underbrush that feeds back to the elementary units of t_tree, t_tree_dead, t_grass, and t_shrub. With those five things drawn, most terrain plants should show up with a filler tile instead of a letter.

Testing

Not yet tested. There is very little that could go wrong here though.
