Purpose of change
Continue adding content for modular labs.
Describe the solution
This is the palette set and a small selection of nested chunks that incorporate 3 of the palettes. I will PR more nested chunks separately to make these easier to review. Added new terrain (secret concrete door) which is listed in the palette. It will be used in future lab maps.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Include all nested chunks but the size would be difficult for reviewers. This will need to be merged before I add more mapgen files since I've created a new higher level folder to hold all the modular lab maps.

Additional context
I'm not going to post screen shots of these nests because it's a lot of work to debug spawn and clip them all. I'll be adding a series of PR's that build on each other and hopefully can be merged without triggering missing content errors.
This will not effect old labs at all.
